Ingeniería conceptual y básica de un proyecto de vapor de un hospital general

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realizó un estudio de los sistemas de vapor usados en los hospitales generales, también se estudiaron los parámetros para realizar la Ingeniería Conceptual e Ingeniería Básica de un proyecto de estos sistemas aplicado a uno hospital general. Se realizó una comparación de los costos de la energía eléctrica con respecto al gas para producir vapor, resultando mucho menos costosa la producción de vapor con calderas a gas. Para el consumo de vapor del hospital se realizaron los perfiles de consumo de cada servicio mediante observación en un hospital general de 200 camas, luego con los mismos se conocieron los picos de consumo y en base a estos se determinaron las capacidades de algunos equipos del sistema.

In the present work there was realized a study of the steam systems used in the general hospitals, also the parameters were studied to realize the Conceptual Engineering and Basic Engineering of a project of these systems applied to one general hospital. There was realized a comparison of the costs of the electric power with regard to the gas to produce steam, turning out to be much less costly the steam production with boilers to gas. For the steam consumption of the hospital there were realized the profiles of consumption of every service by means of observation in a general hospital of 200 beds, then with the same ones the peaks of consumption were known and on the basis of these there decided the capacities of some equipments of the system.
