Organización y funcionamiento de una unidad educativa

Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación es mostrar de que manera está organizada y cuáles son sus funciones de La Unidad Educativa Colegio La Santísima Trinidad. La cual es una institución de carácter privado adscrita a la Asociación Venezolana de Educación Católico (AVEC) y por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación, que se encuentra ubicada en la calle Internacional de los Magallanes de Catia-Caracas. Esta investigación está desarrollada dentro del Paradigma fenomenológico o naturalista-interpretativo, con una modalidad de Estudio de Campo con un Nivel descriptivo, cuyo objetivo principal es analizar la organización y su funcionamiento. Para su realización se diseño un instrumento de recolección de datos, las cuales fueron aplicadas al personal directivo, docente, administración y obrero. La validez de los instrumento se ubicó entre el 90 y 100%, determinada a través del criterio de 4 expertos. Se inicio con una observación directa posteriormente a la aplicación y análisis de los datos de un cuestionario tipo encuesta, utilizando un modelo estadístico descriptivo de variable, frecuencias y porcentaje. Presentando un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo en tablas, gráficos y descripción de los resultados, así como las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones que finalizan el transcurso investigativo.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research work is to show that way is organized and what are their functions of the unit Educativa Colegio La Santísima Trinidad. Which is a private institution attached to the Venezuelan Association of Catholic education (AVEC) and by the Ministry of education, which is located in the international Street the Magallanes de Catia - Caracas. This research is developed within the paradigm phenomenological or naturalista-interpretativo, with a mode of study field with a descriptive level, whose main objective is to analyze the Organization and its functioning. For its realization is design an instrument of data collection, which were. applied to management, teaching, administration and labor. The validity of the instrument was located between 90% and 100%, determined by the criterion of 4 experts. Began with an observation later to the application and analysis of data from a questionnaire type survey, using a descriptive statistical model of variable frequency and percentage. Presenting a qualitative and quantitative analysis in tables, graphs and description of the results, as well as the respective conclusions and recommendations that end the investigative course.
