| dc.description | ABSTRACT This investigation shows an analysis about the relationship between superior education, integral development, security and national defense at the 1961-2003 periods. Therefore it is examined the role played by the education as a social system, and the impacts generated by the superior education in the development, the security and national defense, during the period studied.
