dc.descriptionPart of the Venezuelan population has been exposed in recent decades to extreme natural events (climate variability) affecting its dynamics, and in particular health. The aim here is to establish guidelines for rapprochement between health vision of populations affected by climate variability actions, education and socio-cultural risk law management and technology. To achieve the goal, we treat some diseases that affect the population and have connectedness, extreme weather events originally registered and affecting normal occurrence patterns of rainfall are characterized and are related to the implementation of the Socio Integrated Risk Management and Technology Act (2009), as well as the educational process as a means of cohesion to address the uncertainty that represents the occurrence of extreme events, and the population health.es_VE
dc.description.abstractParte de la población venezolana ha estado expuesta en las últimas décadas a eventos naturales extremos (variabilidad climática) que han afectado su dinámica, y en particular su salud. El objetivo es establecer lineamientos de acercamiento entre la visión de la salud de la población afectada por consecuencias de la variabilidad climática, la educación y la ley de gestión de riesgos socioculturales y tecnológicos. Para lograr el objetivo se describen algunas enfermedades que afectan a la población y que tiene vinculación con el medio, se caracterizan situaciones climáticas extremas que afectan los patrones normales de ocurrencia de las lluvias y se relaciona con la aplicación de la Ley de Gestión Integral de Riesgos Socionaturales y Tecnológicos (2009) y el proceso educativo como medios de cohesión para abordar la incertidumbre que representa la ocurrencia de eventos extremos y la salud de la población.es_VE
