Análisis de discursos pedagogicos practicos-normativos expuestos en la prensa nacional, durante el lapso julio-diciembre 2006. (diarios: Ultimas Noticias y el Nacional).

Abstract

El pensamiento pedagógico como una expresión del pensamiento social, se expresa socio-políticamente en los Discursos Pedagógicos Prácticos- Normativos (D.P.N). En tal sentido surge la necesidad de construir un análisis teórico en relación al carácter de estos discursos emitidos en la prensa nacional, en un período histórico, que nos permita tener una visión pedagógica sobre diversos aspectos referentes a la Educación Venezolana y al contexto histórico-social del momento, interpretando las distintas posturas en las cuales se inscriben los autores/as. El objetivo general de la investigación es: Analizar los Discursos Pedagógicos Prácticos-Normativos expuestos en la prensa nacional durante el lapso julio-diciembre 2006, publicados en artículos de opinión de los Diarios Últimas Noticias y El Nacional. Se parte de la postura Hermenéutica-Crítica (Método): articulación de conceptos y categorías que nos permitieron tratar el objeto de estudio. Se realizó la búsqueda exhaustiva de artículos de opinión que expresaran el pensamiento pedagógico. Asimismo, se hizo selección al azar de los artículos encontrados para así dar paso al proceso análisis-síntesis desde la visión de Bolívar (1988), Valdivieso (2002), entre otros. Se pudo constatar la diversidad de concepciones en relación al pensamiento pedagógico como una expresión del pensamiento social (Humanista, Positivista, Socio-Critica), acotando la importancia del contexto histórico-social que marca la producción de los discursos emitidos en la prensa nacional sobre la Educación, como un proceso de formación socio-cultural inserta en una coyuntura histórica trascendental que revela el movimiento de lo real, evidenciado en las contradicciones encontradas en la sociedad como totalidad concreta.

SUMMARY Pedagogical thought as an expression of social thought is expresses sociopolitically in the Practical-Regulatory Pedagogical Speeches (D.P.N, in Spanish). In that sense, emerge a need to build a theoretical analysis regarding of the nature of these statements issued by the national press, in a historical period, allowing us to have a pedagogical vision on various issues relating to Venezuela Education and the social and historical context of the time, interpreting the different positions which are advocated the author/s. the overall objective of this research is: To analyze the Practical-Regulatory Pedagogical Speeches, which were showed in the national media during the period July to December 2006, published in opinion articles by the newspapers Ultimo’s Notices and El National. It starts from the Critical- Hermeneutics position (Method): articulation of concepts and categories that allowed us to treat the object of study. Exhastutive search of opinion articles was carried out, looking for those that better express the educational thought. It was also made random selection of papers found to give way to analysissynthesis process from the perspective of Bolivar (1998), Valdivieso (2002), among others. The findings suggest the diversity of ideas in relation to pedagogical thought as an expression of social thought (humanist, positivist, socio-critical), limiting the importance of social and historical context that makes the production of speeches cast in the national media about Education, as a process of socio-cultural training embedded in a momentous historical moment that reveals the movement reality, as an evidence of the contradictions found in society as a concrete totality.
