Participación comunitaria en el mejoramiento de la educación primaria

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la participación comunitaria en la U.E.E Niña Ramona Victoria Orozco del sector La Mora del Municipio Palavecino del Estado Lara, metodológicamente la investigación se enmarcó dentro de la campo, de carácter descriptivo. La población objeto de estudio estuvo conformada por una muestra representativa de siete (07) docentes, ciento veintiséis (126) estudiantes y ochenta y cinco (85) padres y representantes. Para la recolección de los datos se diseñaron tres cuestionarios en un formato de escala de Licker con cinco opciones para ser aplicado a cada uno de los sujetos en estudio. En cuanto a la validación de los instrumentos se sometió a revisión por el juicio de expertos. Luego se aplicó una prueba piloto a diez (10) docentes, diez (10) estudiantes y diez (10) representantes dando una muestra de treinta (30) la cual no se incluyó en la muestra seleccionada. Los resultados se organizaron mediante el coeficiente de Alpha Cronbach arrojando un alto coeficiente de confiabilidad de 0,95. Luego de aplicar los instrumentos se procedió a tabular y cuantificar los datos y se representaron en tablas y gráficos, los resultados obtenidos se analizaron mediante la estadística descriptiva, lo cual suministró datos básicos para las conclusiones y recomendaciones las cuales se generan del estudio, las mismas evidenciaron que la participación comunitaria no se da dentro de la institución, ya que los docentes no se integran a la misma, lo que dificulta que se dé solución a los problemas existentes. Estos resultados generaron una serie de recomendaciones con el fin de fortalecer y generar cambios en el personal docente y comunidad.SUMMARY This study aimed to analyze the community participation in Victoria Ramona Orozco Niña UEE sector Palavecino The Township Mora Lara State, methodologically the research was undertaken within the area and descriptive. The study population consisted of a representative sample of seven (07) teachers, one hundred twenty-six (126) students and eighty-five (85) parents and guardians. For data collection three questionnaires were designed in a format Licker scale with five options to be applied to each of the subjects under study. As for the validation of the instruments are subjected to review by expert opinion. After a pilot test was applied to ten (10) teachers, ten (10) students and ten (10) representatives giving a sample of thirty (30) which was not included in the selected sample. The results were organized by the Cronbach Alpha coefficient shows a high reliability coefficient of 0.95. After applying the instruments and proceeded to tabulate and quantify data in tables and graphs, the results were analyzed using descriptive statistics, which provided basic data for the conclusions and recommendations which are generated from the study, the same showed that community participation does not occur within the institution, because teachers were not up to it, making it difficult to give solution to existing problems. These results led to a series of recommendations to strengthen and generate changes in teaching staff and community.
