| Abstract: | RESUMEN Objetivo: Analizar el nivel de cumplimento de las recomendaciones postuladas por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO) para la inclusión educativa de niños con discapacidad intelectual en la Unidad Educativa de la Asociación de Profesores de la Universidad Central de Venezuela (CEAPUCV). Surge la investigación en el marco de la decisión de obligatoriedad gubernamental de cumplir con la normativa para la inclusión escolar en el país, según la legislación vigente. Métodos: Investigación cuali-cuantitativa, se utilizó como técnica de recolección de información el cuestionario Bristol modificado, diseñado por Tony Booth y Mel Ainscow Índex for Inclusión (2000) y adaptado por López et al, bajo postulados propuestos por la UNESCO (1994) y un cuestionario de preguntas abiertas dirigido a los docentes del centro educativo. La población que se estudió fue de 31 docentes, incluyéndose autoridades del plantel. Resultados: En el CEAPUCV no se cumplen todas las recomendaciones de la UNESCO, entre ellas lo correspondiente a la formación docente y la adaptación curricular; si bien existe la disposición de docentes y autoridades educativas en cumplir con la normativa para la inclusión, carecen de recursos económicos necesarios, lo cual representa una barrera para la viabilidad de los procesos que demanda la inclusión. Conclusión: con base al análisis de los postulados de la UNESCO, Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño (CDN) art. 28. y Convención sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad (CDPD) art. 1,3 7, 24 que se incumplen la mayoría de las recomendaciones formuladas al respecto. CHILDREN WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY: BIOETHICAL ASPECTS IN ITS INCLUSION SUMMARY Objective: Analyze the level of compliance with the recommendations proposed by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) for the educational inclusion of children with intellectual disabilities in the Educational Unit of the Association of Teachers of the Central University of Venezuela (CEAPUCV). The investigation arises within the framework of the government's decision to comply with the regulations for school inclusion in the country, according to current legislation. Methods: Qualitative-quantitative research, the modified Bristol questionnaire was used as a data collection technique: designed by Tony Booth and Mel Ainscow Index for Inclusion (2000) and adapted by López et al, under postulates proposed by UNESCO (1994) and a questionnaire of open questions aimed at teachers at the educational center. The population that was studied was 31 teachers, including school authorities. Results: In the CEAPUCV, not all UNESCO recommendations are met, including those corresponding to teacher training and curricular adaptation; Although there is the willingness of teachers and educational authorities to comply with the regulations for inclusion, they lack the necessary economic resources, which represents a barrier to the viability of the processes that inclusion demands. It is concluded based on the analysis of the postulates of UNESCO, Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) art. 28. and Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) art. 1,3 7, 24 that most of the recommendations made in this regard are not fulfilled. |
