| Abstract: | Este trabajo de grado plantea el diseño y desarrollo de una revista electrónica informativa para la Universidad Central de Venezuela, la cual representará un medio de comunicación alternativo y complementario para la misma. Cabe destacar, que la creación de una revista electrónica constituye una innovación en el ámbito académico. En consecuencia, en el contexto de la UCV, es relevante su diseño para que tanto quienes forman parte de la universidad como el público externo cuenten con la información en formato digital y accesible sin ningún tipo de limitaciones, llenando el vacío que existe, hasta el momento, con respecto a la funcionalidad de poder acceder a dicha información desde la red. @Venciendo Sombras tiene como objetivo informar sobre el acontecer de la universidad, ofreciendo un amplio alcance sin limitaciones espacio-temporales. En este sentido, todas las informaciones relacionadas con la casa de estudio, podrán ser consultadas en cualquier momento y desde cualquier lugar del mundo. ABSTRACT The present thesis nefers to the design and development of an electronic magazine for the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), which will be an additional and alternative mass media. It should be highlighted that the creation of an electronic magazine is a innovation in the academic context. Consequently, in the case of the UCV, this means that digital information will be available to the members of the university community, as well as to external public, with no limitation whatsoever. The gap that existed until now is therefore filled in since it will be possible to access information on UCV´s activities from the Web. @Venciendo Sombras is intended to inform on a wide range of activities carried out at the Central University of Venezuela with no space or time limitations. In this regard, any information on the university may be consulted at any time and from any place in the world. |
