Nacional ha incluido en su agenda el regreso de Venezuela al vetusto Tratado Interamericano
de Asistencia Recíproca (TIAR) aprobado en Río de Janeiro el año 1947; este instrumento
había sido objeto de retiro por el gobierno del presidente Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías. |
