Efectos de un programa de asesoramiento vocacional sobre la autoeficacia vocacional en una muestra de estudiantes de tercer año de bachillerato de la unidad educativa Fé y Alegría Colegio Monterrey.

Abstract

RESUMEN En la siguiente investigación se diseñó e implementó un Programa de Asesoramiento Vocacional basado en el enfoque de la construcción de carrera de Savickas (2015), en una muestra no probabilística y mixta de estudiantes del tercer año de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Fe y Alegría Colegio Monterrey en el municipio Baruta del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, que aspiran a ingresar al ciclo diversificado de la formación. El taller se efectuó durante 8 horas en las que se realizó una serie de actividades para fomentar el autoconocimiento, la búsqueda de información y la capacidad de tomar decisiones de los adolescentes. Al terminar la implementación, se evaluaron los efectos, y se encontró un incremento significativo en la confianza que los estudiantes tenían en su capacidad para elegir satisfactoriamente su vocación.ABSTRACT The following research design and implement a Vocational Counseling Program based on the Savickas career construction approach, in a non-probabilistic and mixed sample of third-year high school students of the Fe y Alegría Educative Unit Colegio Monterrey in the municipality of Baruta of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, which aspire to enter the diversified cycle of training.
