Bulling o acoso escolar: Una visión de la violencia en los liceos públicos de Caracas.

Abstract

RESUMEN Este estudio se centro en caracterizar el fenómeno Bullying en el contexto venezolano, y en identificar los procesos psicodinámicos relacionados al mismo. Se realizó una investigación cualicuantitativa, utilizando los tests Bull-S, Bender, Figura humana, Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach y una entrevista semi-estructurada, en alumnos de 8vo grado de liceos públicos de caracas, pretendiendo describir la forma de presentación del Bullying y reconocer la presencia de indicadores de agresividad, dependencia, impulsividad, relaciones interpersonales y percepción de sí mismo y del ambiente, en los distintos actores. Los resultados mostraron que estos sujetos se caracterizan, principalmente, por una marcada debilidad yoica y deficiencias a nivel cognitivo, que afectan profundamente su forma de relacionarse y de reaccionar ante el ambiente, introduciéndolos en un círculo de violencia.

ABSTRACT This study focused in characterizing the phenomena of Bullying within the Venezuelan context, identifying the psychodynamic processes related to it. A qualitative/quantitative research was conducted, using the Bull-S test, Bender, human figure test, Rorschach’s psycodiagnostic, and a semi-structured interview in eight grade students from public high schools in Caracas, trying to describe how bullying presents itself and recognize the presence of indicators of aggressiveness, dependence, impulsiveness, interpersonal relationships, the perception of themselves and of their environment in all the different participants. The results showed that these subjects are characterized, mostly, by a marked ego and deficiencies at the cognitive level, which affects deeply the way they relate and react to their environment, introducing them into a cycle of violence.
