| Abstract: | En la presente investigación se realizó un estudio de benchmarking para comparar al Instituto de Previsión Social del Psicólogo (INPREPSI) con otras instituciones de previsión social de carácter gremial, como son el FONPRES-CIV, el INPREBIO y el IPP-UCV, a fin de obtener información valiosa que permita proponer estrategias para la mejora del INPREPSI. Corresponde a una investigación exploratoria y descriptiva, en la que los resultados de la comparación evidencian la necesidad de mejorar la estructura administrativa del INPREPSI, crear procesos para la gestión eficiente de los beneficios que ofrece el Instituto y establecer alianzas con otras organizaciones, así como desarrollar una estrategia de comunicaciones externas estandarizadas, con miras al logro de los objetivos institucionales y su fortalecimiento como entidad de previsión social para los Psicólogos de Venezuela. In the present work, a benchmarking study was conducted to compare objectively “Instituto de Previsión Social del Psicólogo” (INPREPSI) with other social welfare institutions as FONPRES-CIV, INPREBIO and IPP-UCV to obtain valuable information that allows to propose several recommendations for improve INPREPSI. This is an exploratory, descriptive study, where comparison results showed the need of improve the administrative structure of the Institute to create processes for the efficient management of the benefits offered, as well as establish partnerships with other organizations and a the creation of a standardized communications strategy, aimed to achieving the objectives of the Institute and to strengthening it as a social protection entity for Psychologists in Venezuela. |
