| Abstract: | La semblanza realizada demostró la importancia que tiene la tradición religiosa del Niño Jesús de Curiepe para el curiepero. Una celebración que se remonta en el tiempo y que nace en el proceso de cambios profundos en los valores humanos y culturales sufridos por los esclavos que fundaron esta localidad en Barlovento, Edo. Miranda, durante el proceso de cimarronaje, enmarcado en el siglo XVI y XVII.
The interpretive reporting performed showed the importance of the religious tradition of the Niño Jesús de Curiepe for the inhabitants of Curiepe. A celebration that goes back in time and born in the process of profound changes in human and cultural values suffered by slaves who founded this town in Barlovento, Edo. Miranda, during maroonaje process framed in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. |
