| Abstract: | La presente investigación trata acerca de la integración que debe tener el personal docente y directivo en una institución educativa, a fin de hacer esfuerzos conjuntos para la resolución de problemas en el área de educación física, deporte y recreación de educación primaria. Tuvo como propósito la integración docente para el fortalecimiento de la práctica pedagógica en Educación Física, Deporte y Recreación. Surgió de la necesidad evidenciada en la Unidad Educativa “Boyacá I” del municipio Simón Bolívar de Barcelona, Estado Anzoátegui. Se fundamentó en los estudios de campo, porque se estudiaron fenómenos en la realidad, asimismo es de nivel descriptivo. La población fue de 28 docentes y 2 directivos. Se utilizó para la recolección de los datos, la técnica de la encuesta y la observación directa y los instrumentos que se utilizaron fueron un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo, respectivamente, siendo sometidos a juicio de expertos y una prueba piloto para su validez y confiabilidad respectiva, con el fin de realizar su versión final. La conclusión más resaltante en este estudio, se evidenció en la inexistencia de integración entre el personal docente y directivo. Por estos resultados se diseño un programa de integración docente para el fortalecimiento de la práctica pedagógica en Educación Física, Deporte y Recreación. ABSTRACT: This research deals with the integration must have teaching and administrative staff in an educational institution, to make joint efforts to solve problems in the area of physical education , sport and recreation of primary education. Teaching was aimed to strengthen integration of pedagogical practice in Physical Education, Sport and Recreation. It arose from the need evidenced in the “Boyacá I” Educational Unit of Simon Bolivar municipality of Barcelona, Anzoátegui State. Was based on field studies because phenomena were studied in reality, it is also descriptive level. The population was 28 teachers and 2 managers. Was used for data collection, technical survey and direct observation and the instruments used were a questionnaire and a checklist, respectively, being put on trial for experts and a pilot for validity and reliability test respectively, in order to make the final version. The most striking in this study, it became clear conclusion on the lack of integration between the teaching and administrative staff. From these results a program of educational integration to strengthen teaching practice in Physical Education, Sport and Recreation Design. |
