Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad diseñar, desarrollar e implementar una propuesta informativa de cine venezolano (sitio Web) basada en la tecnología multimedia del World Wide Web. La investigación se encuentra enmarcada en la modalidad de proyecto factible, fundamentada en una investigación de campo de tipo descriptivo; y apoyada en una revisión bibliográfica y documental. Se emplearon como técnica de recolección de datos, la observación directa y entrevistas, con el fin de analizar la existencia e importancia de contenidos sobre cine venezolano en sitios Web. Para el cumplimiento del objetivo N° 3, se contó con la asesoría de programadores y diseñadores con el objetivo de determinar los lineamientos de contenidos técnicos y operativos que sirvieron de base para la elaboración del sitio Web. A partir de estas investigaciones se concluye que existen pocos sitios Web dedicados exclusivamente a la cobertura del cine venezolano. Enmarcados en el proceso de crecimiento del cine nacional, se recomienda la implantación de la propuesta realizada por representa una alternativa para llenar el vacío informativo existente. A través de la difusión de tales contenidos se busca estimular la participación, conocimiento y apoyo hacia la industria cinematográfica de nuestro país.

This study aims to design, develop and implement a briefing proposal of Venezuelan film (website), based upon the World Wide Web multimedia technology. The investigation is framed in a feasible project modality, based on a field study of descriptive mode; and supported on a literature review and documentary. Direct observation and interviews were used as a technique for data collection, with the aim of analyzing the existence and importance of content about Venezuelan cinema in Web sites. For meeting the goal No. 3, got advice from developers and designers to determine the outlines of technical and operational content that were used as the basis for the development of the website. From these investigations it is concluded that few Web sites are dedicated exclusively to the coverage of the Venezuelan cinema. Framed in the apparent process of growth of national cinema, it is recommended to implement the proposal made since it represents an alternative to fill the information gap existing. Through the distribution of such contents is intended to encourage participation, knowledge and support to the film industry in our country.
