| Abstract: | El presente trabajo pretende mostrar a grandes rasgos, los avances en materia de “Formación Docente en Educación a Distancia”. En primer lugar se hará una revisión de una serie de aspectos que tienen que ver con la formación y el desarrollo profesional del docente ante las TIC: una breve reseña de la situación actual (contexto), las funciones del educador, su desarrollo profesional, la resistencia tecnológica (barreras), los roles ante los nuevos entornos de aprendizaje, entre otros. En segundo lugar, se revisarán algunas definiciones sobre educación a distancia, para luego comentar varios casos exitosos, señalar las tendencias en materia de tecnología y concluir con las reflexiones finales sobre la “Formación Docente en Educación a Distancia”. The present work pretends to show broadly, the advances in matter of “Training teacher in distance education”. For which, in the first place will do a review of a series of aspects that have to do with the training and the professional development of the educational in front of the ICT: A brief review of the current situation (context), the functions of the educator, his professional development, the technological resistance (barriers), the roles in front of the new surroundings of learning, among others. Secondly, will review some definitions on distance education, for afterwards comment some successful cases, noted the tendencies in training and conclude with some final reflections on the “Training teacher in distance education”. |
