Nuevos reportes de aves migratorias: Confirmación de Myiodynastes luteiventris en Venezuela y dos nuevas especies para el estado Táchira

Resumen. Documentamos tres especies de aves migratorias que constituyen nuevos registros de distribución. Dos de ellas, Setophaga pensylvanica y Protonotaria citrea, son nuevos registros para el estado Táchira (Venezuela); y Myiodynastes luteiventris representa la confirmación de un ave nueva para Venezuela, la cual se encontraba en estatus hipotético según el Comité de Registros de las Aves de Venezuela. Ampliándose así el área de distribución conocida para estas especies.
New reports of migratory birds: Confirmation of Myiodynastes luteiventris in Venezuela and two new species for the state of Táchira
Abstract. We document three species of migratory birds that represent new distribution records. Two of them, Setophaga pensylvanica and Protonotaria citrea are new records for the state of Tachira (Venezuela); and Myiodynastes luteiventris represents the confirmation of a new bird for Venezuela, which was in hypothetical status according to the Venezuelan Bird Records Committee. Thus, expanding the known distribution area for these species.
