Primer registro de la especie exótica Adalia bipunctata (Linnaeus 1758) (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) en el departamento del Cusco, Perú
Abstract
The first record is presented, for the department of Cusco, and the second for Peru, of the exotic species Adalia bipunctata Linnaeus 1758. The species of Palearctic origin, and with a wide distribution, is a polyphagous predator with a wide range of prey, mainly aphids and psyllids, which was introduced to Chile in the middle of the last century, where it was established, and from where it gradually expands its distribution to the subcontinent.
