Resumen

The right to oblivion is a concept that countries that have gone through genocide, wars, persecutions have assumed, so that the following generations can rebuild their social fabric, with the sense of not excluding responsibility for the history of the events that occurred in previous times. and prevent similar tragedies from repeating themselves. However, in Venezuela, the national government celebrated 100 years of the Soviet Union without mentioning the tragedy suffered by the inhabitants of countries that were in the Soviet orbit.

El derecho al olvido es un concepto que han asumido los países que han pasado por genocidios, guerras, persecuciones, para que las siguientes generaciones reconstruyan su tejido social, con el sentido de no excluir la responsabilidad ante la historia de los hechos ocurridos en épocas anteriores e impedir que tragedias similares se repitan. Sin embargo, en Venezuela, el gobierno nacional festejó los 100 años de la Unión Soviética sin mencionar la tragedia que sufrieron los habitantes de los países que estaban en la órbita soviética.
