ASESORÍA LEGAL Y ADMINISTRATIVA: ¿UNA NECESIDAD ODONTOLÓGICA?

Resumen

Se realizó un estudio de factibilidad con el fin de evaluar la necesidad real de disponer de un servicio deasesoría para odontólogos. Los puntos a evaluar estuvieron orientados a determinar si existeconocimiento en el gremio odontológico de algún servicio que preste asesoría administrativa o legal paraodontólogos, así como a definir cuáles prioridades consideraban debía tener un servicio con estascaracterísticas, y también a evaluar si existe una necesidad real de este servicio, para lo cual se efectuódicho estudio. Otro aspecto considerado fue en qué medida se dispone, en los actuales momentos, de losconocimientos administrativos y legales para el correcto funcionamiento de las clínicas privadas. Además,se evalúo la disponibilidad para invertir en un servicio de asesoría, financiado o no, y el promedio deingresos mensuales de los profesionales de la odontología.

ABSTRACTI realized a study of feasibility in order to evaluate the real needs to have a service of advising forodontologists. The point of evaluating were orientated to determine if knowledge exists in theodontologists field of some service that gives administrative or legal advising for odontologists, this waylike we defined which priorities, were considering they should have a service, for which it was made ofmentionated study.Another considered aspect was in that measured it arranges, at this moment of the administrative andlegal knowledge for the correct works of the private clinics. Besides I evaluated the ability to invest in aservice of advising, financed or not, and the average of monthly income of professionals of the odontoly.
