De la ruptura y de la subordinación del poder eclesial a la autoridad civil: la antítesis de la religión civil y la religión.

El proceso de la secularización religiosa en el marco de la revolución francesa movió el eje de detentación del poder de las manos del príncipe representante de Dios a las manos del pueblo. En este desplazamiento tiene lugar una clara y taxativa separación de la esfera religiosa y la esfera civil. Con este traslado, el poder eclesial se ve subordinado a la autoridad civil, y, con ello, la propia iglesia debió acoger una nueva ritualidad inaugurada por las exigencias republicanas de la revolución francesa. De manera que, una vez sometida la institucionalidad eclesial, los hombres religiosos hubieron de someterse a una transmutación: la nueva condición de ciudadanía y el ejercicio normativo de la misma, requerida por la autoridad civil para todos, laicos y clero incluido. Estas notas son el producto de la reflexión sobre estos hechos a los fines de ubicar, si me fuere posible, la atmósfera doctrinal que dio lugar a la antítesis entre religión civil y religión.
Abstract
The process of religious secularization within the framework of the French Revolution moved the axis of the detention of power from the prince representative of God to the hands of people. This displacement gives way to a clear and precise separation of the religious sphere and the civil sphere. With this transfer, the celestial powers were subordinated by the civil authorities, and with this church itself had to embrace a new form of rituals that were introduced due to the Republican demands of the French Revolution. Therefore, once the eclesiatical organization surrendered religious men had submit to a transmutation: their new condition as a citizen and normative training as such, required by the civil authorities for everyone, laymen and clergy, alike. These notes are the product of reflections on these events in order to situate, if possible, the doctrinal atmosphere that gave way to the antithesis between civil religion and religion.
