Voces y haceres en el proceso de gestión escolar con relación al valor respeto

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo diagnosticar el proceso de gestión escolar relacionado con las Voces y Haceres del valor respeto en estudiantes de sexto grado de educación primaria del Colegio “Santa Gema”, ubicado en la Urb. Santa Eduvigis, Municipio Sucre del Estado Miranda. La metodología está enmarcada bajo el diseño de campo de tipo descriptivo enfocado en una investigación cualitativa, los informantes están conformados por 2 docentes de sexto grado. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la entrevista semi-estructurada y la observación. Los hallazgos se analizaron a través de la triangulación de la información categorizando a la luz de las bases teóricas de la investigación, se llegó a la conclusión de que los docentes utilizan estrategias de enseñanza como: organizadores previos, organizadores textuales, analogías, objetivos, entre otras; sin embargo, las mismas son utilizadas para desarrollar contenidos y solamente aplican los organizadores textuales para incentivar el valor respeto en los estudiantes mediante las consignas colocadas en la pizarra, también se concluyó que los docentes en sus aulas, sólo desarrollan su planificación pedagógica, dirigida a los temas de interés cognitivo de los estudiantes, de igual manera con respecto a la actitud del docente frente al valor respeto se pudo evidenciar que la mayoría de éstos presentan una acción orientadora, reflexiva, de imposición y entusiasmo cuando suceden algunos conflictos entre los estudiantes y al considerar las actividades del proyecto de aprendizaje. Las principales recomendaciones son: que los docentes planifiquen actividades y estrategias donde promuevan el valor respeto y realizar jornadas de actualización docente para mejorar la gestión en el aula.

SUMMARY The present investigation had as aim diagnose the process of school management related to the Voices and Haceres of the value I respect in students of sixth degree of primary education of the College " Holy Gem ", located in the Urb. Holy Eduvigis, Municipality Sucre of the State Elevated place. The methodology is framed under the field design of descriptive type focused in a qualitative investigation; the informants are shaped by 2 teachers of sixth degree. For the compilation of the information the semi-structured interview and the observation was in use. The findings were analyzed across the triangulation of the information categorizing in the light of the theoretical bases of the investigation, it came near to the conclusion of which the teachers use strategies of education as: previous organizers, textual organizers, analogies, aims, between others; nevertheless, the same ones are used to develop contents and only the textual organizers apply to stimulate the value I respect in the students by means of the slogans placed in the slate, also one concluded that the teachers in his classrooms, only develop his pedagogic planning directed the topics of cognitive interest of the students, of equal way with regard to the attitude of the teacher opposite to the value respect it was possible to demonstrate that the majority of these they present an action orientadora, reflexive, of imposition and I fill with enthusiasm when some conflicts happen between the students and on having considered the activities of the project of learning. The principal recommendations are: that the teachers plan activities and strategies where they promote the value I respect and to realize days of educational update to improve the management in the classroom.
