Abstract

En el presente trabajo se presenta un estudio del sistema legal de la Región Administrativa Especial de Hong Kong (RAEHK), como un ejemplo de la familia jurídica del Common Law. Se hace una revisión de su sistema legislativo, sobre todo su Ley Básica, y como ejemplo institucional se considera su sistema de justicia, representado en sus tribunales.
