La finalidad del presente trabajo ha sido estudiar la relación entre Anorexia
Nerviosa (AN) y la Psiconeuroinmunoendocrinología (PNIE) para lo cual se realizó
una metodología documental. Los resultados aportan una asociación altamente
significativa entre la AN y la PNIE, y cómo la AN patológica impacta a nivel de la
PNIE, siendo fundamental el viraje de su enfoque pensando el tratamiento desde
un modelo interdisciplinario, teniendo en cuenta que, la AN es una afección tanto
mental, así como, global del soma, siendo necesario dar un enfoque en el cual se
hagan partícipe a las familias de las pacientes.
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between Anorexia
Nervosa (AN) and Psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology (PNIE), through a documentary revision approach. Results provided a highly significant association
between the AN and the PNIE, and how the AN impacts at the level of the PNIE,
being fundamental a turn in the approach to think in the treatment from an interdisciplinary model. It is also relevant to take into account that, in the AN,
the affection is not only at the mental level, but also in the global condition of the soma, being necessary to give an approach in which the families of the patients are involved.
