Seguridad integral para la Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV). Un proyecto de investigación-acción

Resumen

Se presentan los resultados de la tercera etapa de la investigación <<Inseguridad personal en la UCV>>, que se desarrolló entre el año 2000 y el 2004 y los avances de un nuevo proyecto de investigación-acción con el nombre <<Seguridad integral en la UCV>> que se deriva del anterior con los siguientes objetivos: difundir los resultados de la investigación <<Inseguridad personal en la UCV>>, crear un espacio de discusión y difusión que permita identificar los problemas de inseguridad en la UCV con la finalidad de contribuir al planteamiento de estrategias de seguridad integral, incentivar la participación de la comunidad universitaria en actividades de prevención, defensa y restauración de sus derechos y apoyar la creación del Centro de Formación y Documentación en Derechos Humanos en la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas y el Centro de Pasantías y Prácticas Profesionales en la Escuela de Trabajo Social.

Abstract

This work displays the results of the third stage of the investigation <<Personal insecurity in the UCV>> developed between years 2000 and 2004 and the advances of a new project of investigation-action named <<Integral security in the UCV>> derived from the previous one with the following objectives: to spread the results of the investigation <<Personal insecurity in the UCV>>, to create a space of discussion and diffusion that allows to identify the problems of insecurity in the UCV in order to contribute to the exposition of integral security strategies, to stimulate the participation of the university community in activities of prevention, defense and Documentation in Human Rights Center in the Legal and Political Sciences Faculty and the Internships and Professional Practices Center in the Social Work School.
