Las Organizaciones Comunitarias en Venezuela; ¿Poder Popular?

Resumen

Las organizaciones comunitarias en Venezuela nacen en el contexto del marco democrático, bajo la búsqueda de solucionar, mejorar las condiciones de las comunidades y lograr bienestar social de forma colectiva para alcanzar beneficios que lo aquejan cotidianamente, como alumbrados de calle, mejoras de las escuelas, aguas servidas, salud preventiva, escaleras en sus barrios, viviendas, entre otras insuficiencias. Desde el marco de la constitución de 1999, la democracia participativa, impulsó diferentes leyes que promovieron la participación protagónica desde el poder popular como un nuevo poder para controlar las instancias del Estado. Sin embargo, los hechos contradicen estos elementos, las organizaciones, que hacen vida en su mayoría están politizadas y su autonomía está vendada en pro del gobierno de turno.El trabajo social, como disciplina que tiene un contacto directo desde su intervención con las comunidades organizadas plantea un aporte desde las prácticas, que permite un quehacer y hacer compartido con la comunidad.

SUMMARY: Community-based organizations (oc) in Venezuela are born in the context of the democratic framework, under the search to solve and improve the conditions of the communities to achieve social well-being in a collective way. Their needs have been expressed to achieve benefits that affect them on a daily basis, such as street lighting systems, improvement of schools, sewage, preventive health, stairs in their neighborhoods, housing, among other shortcomings. Actions, which are concentrated from the neighborhood associations, organizations representing the voices and provided under a vertical structure, that were politicizing every day more and not rely on the support of the Community ceased to be efficient in their environment. From the framework of the constitution of 1999, momentum different laws that promoted the participation participatory and protagonist from the people's power as a new power to control the instances of the State.
