Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of da Vinci Sirobotics assisted axillary lymph node dissection in breastcancer patients, and provide a novel alternative approachfor doctors and patients. Methods: A 56-year-old female patient with breast cancerwas admitted to our hospital in September 2018. Undergeneral anesthesia, modified radical mastectomy ofthe right breast and da Vinci Si robotics assisted right axillarylymph node dissection were performed. The woundhealing, complications, aesthetic effect and patient’s satisfactionwere evaluated after surgery. Results: The patient recovered well after surgery, with nocomplication occurs. The incision was not obvious, withoutany significant haematoma or other complications. The aesthetic effect was good. During three months offollow-up, the patient’s satisfaction degree was high. Conclusion: Compared with traditional open surgery, daVinci Si robotics assisted breast surgery has better aestheticeffect. Compared with traditional endoscopy surgery,da Vinci Si robotics assisted breast surgery can providehigh-definition three-dimensional surgical view as well asmore accurate operative procedures. Therefore, it must bethe new tendency of surgery in the future and gain clinicalpopularity and application.Descargas
