Las fuentes termales de Chichiriviche

Resumen

Se presenta una descripción de las manifestaciones geotérmicas del río Chichiriviche, Distrito Federal. Una fuente es natural y otra emana a través de una perforación. La temperatura máxima medida es de 73 ° C. Los geotermómetros geoquímicos señalan las siguientes temperaturas: SiO2 = 100°C, Na-K-Ca = 190°C. Estas fuentes pueden ser apropiadas para el desarrollo de balnearios termales.

ABSTRACT

This is a descriptive note on the geothermal phenomena of the Chichiriviche river, D. F. One is a natural hot spring and the other is an abandoned drill hole from which the water fiows. The maximun measured temperature is 73°C. The results of the geochemical geothermometers are: SiO2 = 100°C and Na-K-Ca = 190°C. These springs are suitable for establishing a public bathing place.
