“El Espía Ecológico de Caracas” (Serie de micros radiofónicos)

Abstract

En un primer momento el impacto del hombre sobre el medio no tuvo repercusiones tan graves. No era en volumen lo suficientemente cualitativo como para generar grandes cantidades de desperdicios. Sin embargo, con el transcurrir del tiempo y el acelerado crecimiento de la población, el ser humano comenzó a exigir a la tierra mayor espacio comodidad y beneficios. Así comenzó la explotación de los recursos naturales renovables, utilización que con el transcurrir de los años se fue volviendo desmesurada y afectó la productibilidad de la tierra, contaminó las fuentes de agua y comenzó a impurificar el aire. Esta actitud, que han tenido los seres humanos en cuanto al mal empleo de los recursos de la naturaleza y el daño desmedido que han provocado las industrias y por su parte la ciencia, podrían ser concebidos como los principales responsables del deterioro ambiental. En Caracas, el caos generado por los desperdicios sólidos es una muestra de ello. Las 22 parroquias que conforman el Municipio Libertador fueron visitadas para evaluar y verificar de primera mano el estado de desidia en el que se encuentran. Se converso con las comunidades, los entes políticos encargados de la jurisdicción así como las empresas responsables de hacer la recolección de los desechos en la ciudad con el fin de sopesar y evaluar sus puntos de vista los que permitió conocer el espectro de razones que han llevado a la capital a sumergirse en el abandono. Toda esta información permitió crear el seriado conformado por 5 micros que buscan sensibilizar al caraqueño con datos sobre enfermedades, riesgos, acciones y posibles soluciones a los problemas que se pueden generar a partir de la inadecuada disposición de los desechos sólidos en los contenedores, papeleras, esquinas, quebradas y pantallas vegetales de la ciudad.

At a first moment the impact of the man on means did not have so serious repercussions. He was not in volume the sufficiently qualitative thing like generating great amounts of wastes. Nevertheless, with passing of the time and the accelerated growth of population the human being to demand to the Earth greater space comfort and benefits. Thus it began the operation of renewable the natural resources, use that with passing of the years went returning disturbed and affected the productibility of the Earth, it contaminated the water sources and it began to without purify the air. This attitude, that has had the human beings as far as badly the use of the resources of the nature and the excessive damage that have caused the industries and on the other hand science, could be conceived like the main people in charge of the environmental deterioration. In Caracas, the chaos generated by the solid wastes is a sample of it. The 22 parishes that conform the Liberating Municipality were visited to evaluate and to verify of first hand the laziness state in which they are. I talk myself with the communities, the political beings in charge of the jurisdiction as well as the responsible companies to make the harvesting of the remainders in the city with the purpose of hefting and evaluating its points of view those that allowed to know the phantom reasons that have taken to the capital to submerge in the abandonment. All this information allowed to create the series one conformed by 5 micros that they look for to sensitize to the native of Caracas with data on diseases, risks, actions and possible solutions to the problems that can be generated from the inadequate disposition of the solid remainders in the containers, wastebaskets, corners, broken and vegetal screens of the city.
